It has a Collision Mitigation Braking System that works in three stages. The first stage will scan the road and determine if there is a risk. If it senses that an accident is getting ready to happen, then it will send out an audible and visual alert. It will also start to lightly apply the brakes.
Stage three will continue to give you audible and visual alerts. It will then reduce the impact of the collision by applying the strong brakes. Additionally, the vehicle comes with a multi-angle rearview camera. The purpose of this feature is to reduce your chances of hitting something while you are backing up.
