The 2026 Honda Pilot stands out with a bold, rugged, and updated exterior design. A brand-new signature center grille is larger than previous models, while a boxier front fascia and stylish LED headlights cement a distinctive edge. LED taillights and unique details highlight the rear, along with updated rear bumper designs. 18-inch alloy wheels, keyless accessibility, and dynamic body lines are standard for the base trim.
A Black Edition trim is available for 2026, offering black 20-inch wheels, Black Edition accents, and black exterior trim details. At the same time, the TrailSport model comes with unique badging, suspension, and off-road gear for all-terrain versatility.
Interior Design
The 2026 Honda Pilot offers room for eight passengers with three rows of seats. The Honda Pilot has a maximum cargo capacity of 87 cubic feet, including 18.6 cubic feet with all three rows of seats in place. Keyless entry, push-button start, second-row bench seating, and three-zone climate control are standard for the Sport trim. Available cabin features include power-adjustable heated front seats, a leather steering wheel, driver's seat memory settings, second-row climate controls, and more. The Black Edition trim adds red accents and steering wheel stitching, along with unique details on the door panels and seats.
Performance
New 2026 Honda Pilot SUVs come with a standard 3.5-liter V6 engine, delivering up to 285 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque for smooth, dynamic performance in the Bay Area. Front-Wheel Drive is standard, with All-Wheel Drive optional for all trims (standard for the TrailSport, Elite, and Black Edition models).
Technology
A standard 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment display comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, while a 7-speaker sound system gives you high-end audio quality in South San Francisco and a 10.2-inch digital instrument panel projects driving information straight ahead.
